this is Phoenix...the landlady's cat...very manja one...keep following me everywhere...that's why the picture seems to show as if he's walking towards me...

barbeque pit: well, making a BBQ dinner is just a bit tedious, unless someone else does the preparation...

bicycles....from what i see, people here either drive or ride bicycles, hardly any motorbikes..

btw, the landlady's husband has a nice white electric scooter...but it wasnt here

that's our main door...we have our own separate door into the apartment...no need to share with our landlady who's staying upstairs..very nice lady..

The kitchen and dining area...all fully furnished with adequate pots, pans, plates, cutleries..

Got toaster, water boiler....quite complete..

This is the stove...we will be cooking almost everyday coz eating out in canada is quite expensive....and it's healthier...compared to pizza and fast food..
